Etymology
Slang, derived from the (also slang) term bug-chaser.

bag-chaser
- A person who engages in sex with persons solely for the purpose of getting high. Usually without question of standards qualification, a bag-chaser generally has little to no standards, other than the question of the availability of drugs. Generally a bag-chaser will not have his own drugs to use, and will leave upon being shown opportunity to have sex with greater amounts of, or more reliable sources of, drugs, namely crystal meth. The first part of the term, Bag, refers to the packaging that crystal meth is delivered in (generally, a small plastic bag).
